Matcha Latte. Start from a thick tea (Koicha). Then add in your milk of choice.

For Koicha (thick tea)

4 chashaku (2 teaspoons, or 4g) of matcha

65 mL of water, at 75ºC

For the Matcha Latte

  1. Start with the Koicha preparation

  2. For a hot latte: steam 200 mL of milk and pour in the koicha. For a cold latte: pour in 200mL of cold milk.
